BEL AIR, MD — John's Men's Clothing opened recently in Bel Air. It sells garb for guys and adheres to the motto: "Work hard. Play difficult. Dress smooth." The owners are a mother-daughter duo — Maureen Bruneau and Beth Pocalyko — who both stay in Harford County.
Their shop is on West Pennsylvania Avenue in downtown Bel Air.
Among the brands it sells are Fish Hippie, Mavi Jeans, Linksoul, Fundamental Coast, Jachs NY, Toes on the Nose, Stantt and Buki.
A ribbon cutting marked the grand beginning on April five. At the event, Harford County Executive Barry Glassman and County Councilman Tony Giangiordano both provided the brand new enterprise proprietors with proclamations.
Also in attendance were Bel Air Town Administrator Jesse, Bane, Bel Air Town Commissioner Amy Chmielewski, Jenny Falcone of the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, Bel Air Mayor Susan Burdette, Bel Air Director of Economic Development Trish Heidenreich and Robert Andrews from Harford County Office of Community and Economic Development.
